We are now looking for a marketing superstar to create communication and marketing strategies for new products, launches, events, and promotions. Main focus will be to drive conversion, retention, and educating users about EP and its wide array of features.
At the heart of the action, your role as a Commercial Marketing Manager at Elite Prospects is all about getting your hands dirty and driving tangible results. You're not just a strategist; you're a doer, a campaign craftsman, and you enjoy seeking answers in data together with your team.
You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the whole marketing team and closely with the Product team, reporting directly to the CCO (Chief Commercial Officer).
What are your responsibilities?
- Formulate general communication strategies that consistently convey the brand's identity, values, and messages. Ensure that all efforts are aligned with the brand’s identity. Develop and implement effective communication strategies for all parts of the customer journey and brand awareness.
- Together with the team you will develop and implement strategies that drive conversion, retention, and brand affinity. Take charge of end-to-end campaign setup, execution, and troubleshooting, always keeping scalability in sharp focus.
- Lead the creative start-up phase, manage the campaign planning and assist in its execution.
- Develop and order design assets and ads for all channels and formats in all of our campaigns. Structure and lead the post mortem process of each campaign.
- Roll up your sleeves to design and execute marketing campaigns, creating everything from eye-catching templates and ads to landing pages. You will need to be able to understand customer journeys, personas and to figure out how to communicate our product and its features in order to match their needs.
- Your main KPI´s are quality & accuracy in all design and communication from Elite Prospects, conversion and CAC performance, retention, brand awareness and affinity, and growth in social media channels.
What do we expect from you?
- Ideal candidate will need to have a “self starter” and “can do” attitude, be a great team player and you will need to set high standards and goals for yourself.
- Min. 4 years of experience in marketing, campaign planning and design creation.
- Experience from marketing automation and marketing funnel optimization is a must. Knowledge of HubSpot is a plus.
- Experience from working with subscription services, SaaS products, digital services, and/or companies in the scale up phase is considered highly meriting.
- Fluent English is a must. Bi-lingual is a bonus, but not required.
- You will be based in central Stockholm, Sweden.
