To reach our goal we need to attract and develop incredible talent. We have recently started our geographical expansion and need to scale our organization. Therefore we are looking for a Head of People Operations to commercially lead the overall development of our team as we expand from 35 team members. 


You will be working to build our organization to make sure we have the best possible chances to reach our goals. The role is focused on developing the organization. This includes working to strengthen and cultivate our culture, leadership principles as well as developing talent.  

You will also have overall responsibility for our compensation and benefit practices and make sure internal education programs are of the highest caliber. We expect to continue to engage external consultants for “search” and this will not be emphasised for the role. You will however work to continuously improve the requirements process and you will entrepreneurially engage where it is needed to further our objectives. 

Who you are

You have a “coach” mentality and you get a kick out of building a highly functioning team. You like to work with people and can relate to them easily. Team health and performance is very important to you. When you see problems you run towards them as nothing good comes from letting them fester.

The mindset you have is commercial and you are focused on the overall business objectives. You understand that processes are only as good as the content which they are filled with and that good processes are simple to explain, non-tedious and self improving. 

It is likely that you have a degree and are a high performer in your current role. You may have a background in team sports. Previous experience from human resources is not a requirement.
